The Transition OF a Scooper to a BALLER

Once your son has finished Scoops and is past the learn to play stage, he might feel overwhelming to jump right into higher level practices and games. Especially when he’s not used to wearing full pads and a helmet. Thats where Ballerz comes in. It’s a program designed to be the in between of the Scoops fun, passive teaching and the higher-level concepts and intense play of Club teams and practices.

We make sure the boys are split by age and then adjusted into different groups by skill, so every player can get the most out of the program. Along with this we keep enrollment lower as to make sure Coaches have the ability to coach in smaller groups, allowing them to really focus on the skills and improving the players.

We also have hand selected and adjusted the activities that we feel focus on the skills and having fun for youth players. Which allows players to feel more comfortable while learning new and harder skills. When you are having fun, you are fascinated with what you are doing. When your Fascinated with something you are willing to learn and retain the information related to your fascination.

By the time your son is done with Ballerz they will be ready for their Towns Spring seasons and ready to show off all the skills they have learned.

ABOUT BALLEZ

BALLERZ Lacrosse Isn’t a new concept or new club team, even if its new to you. Ballerz has been around for years running on the Idea that making lacrosse fun by playing the games the players want to play, will make them have better skills and love Lacrosse more.

Ballerz prides itself on being the program that is in between of Club Lacrosse and your Town league. We want to give players more access to their favorite sport, year-round to improve on their skills and relationships with the next generation on National Champions. The coaches hold themselves to a higher standard when teaching these young players, the skills they need to be successful. Along with making sure to make it a fun and a welcoming environment that players feel comfortable and welcome in. We believe this allows players and parents to feel comfortable missing a class every now and then. Knowing Coaches will still give every player the same amazing instructions, because in the end if you player doesn’t love the sport and feel welcome it doesn’t matter the level of instruction, they receive if they don’t enjoy it, they won’t retain it.
