At Ballerz Lacrosse, we strip away the superficial, the pressure, and long-term, crazy financial commitments and replace with what really matters, developing a players skills and love for the game.
We believe the best results occur when inspired coaching intersects with players who are having fun, eager to compete, and learn.
Ballerz Lacrosse is not a club team. We don’t travel far for tournaments. We don’t even talk about college recruitment. Rather, we’re an offseason program for kids who want to develop their lacrosse skills/knowledge of the game, compete, and raise their game.
Ballerz Lacrosse program is designed to give players a reason to pick up their stick one day a week in the offseason. But we know, if we do our job that day, they will choose to pick up that stick a few days a week. ‘They will choose’ is Ballerz Northstar. It’s our barometer for success.
